1. Booking and Confirmation:

- Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed-upon deposit.
- Camsur Viaje reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the specified due date.
2. Payment:
- Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
- Full payment is required before the commencement of the tour or service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made by clients are subject to cancellation fees, which may vary depending on the tour package or service booked.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy, which is available upon request.
4. Changes and Amendments:
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Camsur Viaje reserves the right to modify or cancel tours or services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
5. Travel Documents:
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are valid and obtained in advance of travel.
- Camsur Viaje is not liable for any expenses, delays, or disruptions caused by the client’s failure to secure necessary travel documents.
6. Insurance:
- We highly recommend that clients obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
7. Health and Safety:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for the activities included in their chosen tour or service.
- Camsur Viaje reserves the right to deny participation to any client deemed unfit for the tour or service.
8. Liability:
- While every effort is made to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our clients, Camsur Viaje Travel and Tours shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from acts of nature, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
9. Conduct:
- Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
- Camsur Viaje reserves the right to refuse service or remove clients from a tour or service if their behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous.
10. Privacy:
- Camsur Viaje respects your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippine laws.
